Category: Floral Fruity
Notes: Orange, cardamon, violet leaf, peach, coriander, carrot seeds, jasmine, sandalwood, musk, vanilla.
The Bottle: About what one might expect from a company whose bread and butter comes from the manufacture of golf wear. Staid, traditional, even edging on masculine. The pinkness saves it from being a snore of epic proportions. **
The Scent: Not horrifying, but not terribly well blended. Every girly note sticks out like Cyrano’s nose, particularly the fruit, vanilla and coriander. While no one note is prohibitively objectionable, Pink puts me in mind of a badly rehearsed choir: each voice wants to be the soprano star, and no one has any interest in the chorus line. Not a complete loser, simply a star pupil at the University of Also Ran. ***
